1. Who we are

REVV. Auto Leasing & Sales Ltd ("REVV", "we", "us") is a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17144733). REVV. acts as a credit broker and introducer, not a lender. These terms govern your use of this website and any lease or finance agreement arranged through us.

2. Our role as a broker

We introduce customers to vehicle leases and finance. We do not lend money or provide credit ourselves. We do not guarantee approval for any vehicle, lease or finance product. Every application is subject to an affordability assessment carried out by us and/or the relevant provider.

3. Finance and leasing providers — FCA status

All vehicle finance and leasing agreements arranged through this website are provided by third-party suppliers and lenders who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The regulated agreement you enter into is with that provider, not with REVV., and that provider's own terms, FCA firm reference number and regulatory disclosures apply to it. REVV.'s role is limited to introducing you to a suitable provider and helping you prepare your application.

4. Eligibility

To apply you must be a UK resident aged 21 or over, hold a valid UK driving licence, and be able to provide the documentation requested during the affordability check, including three months' bank statements or Open Banking access.

5. Affordability assessment

Applications are assessed using the information you provide, including bank-statement data, rather than a traditional credit score. REVV. and the provider reserve the right to decline an application, request further information, or adjust the terms offered based on that assessment. "No credit check" refers to REVV.'s introduction process; the FCA-authorised provider may carry out its own checks before entering into a regulated agreement.

6. Vehicle availability and pricing

Vehicles shown on this site are subject to availability and may be leased or sold before your application completes. Monthly prices and initial payments are indicative and are confirmed only in your final agreement, which may vary based on term length, mileage allowance and initial payment.

7. Your lease agreement

The full terms of your lease — mileage limits, maintenance responsibilities, insurance requirements, excess-mileage charges and early-termination charges — are set out in the agreement you sign with the provider, not on this website.

8. Cancellation and early termination

You may have a statutory right to withdraw from a regulated agreement within a set period after signing. Early termination outside that period may incur charges as set out in your agreement.

9. Documents you provide

Driving licence images, bank statements, proof of address and any other documents you upload are used solely to assess and process your application and are handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or delays in vehicle delivery, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

11. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any part of REVV.'s service, contact us via the Contact section of the website and we will aim to resolve it promptly. Complaints about a regulated finance agreement are handled by the FCA-authorised provider under its own complaints procedure, and unresolved regulated complaints may be referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
