1. Who we are

REVV. Auto Leasing & Sales Ltd (Company No. 17144733) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and during the application process. Contact details are in the Contact section of the site.

2. What we collect

3. Why we collect it

To assess lease applications, communicate with you about your application, arrange vehicle delivery, introduce you to an FCA-authorised finance or leasing provider, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a credit broker.

4. Legal basis

We process your data under the legal bases of contract (to provide the service you have requested), legitimate interest (to run and improve our service), and legal obligation (regulatory record-keeping).

5. Bank-statement and financial data

Where you provide bank statements for an affordability check, that data is used solely to assess your application. Any tools used to read or extract information from these documents operate under access controls, and the underlying files are shared only with the FCA-authorised provider considering your application.

6. Who we share data with

We may share data with the FCA-authorised finance and leasing providers involved in your lease, insurance providers where an insurance-included deal applies, Open Banking providers, vehicle suppliers and brokers (your application details may be shared with them so that we can fulfil your order), IT and hosting providers, and regulators or law enforcement where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

7. How long we keep it

We retain application and lease data for as long as needed to fulfil the agreement and to meet regulatory record-keeping requirements, typically up to six years after a lease ends. Applications that do not proceed are deleted sooner.

8. Your rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the Contact section of the site.

9. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls on any internal tools used to process financial documents. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please share sensitive documents only through the channels we provide.

10. Cookies

This site may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

11. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
